Selling printed products doesn’t have to feel awkward or pushy. When you believe in the value of what you’re offering, that confidence naturally transfers to your clients. The key is to make products an expected and effortless part of your process — not a last-minute add-on. When you position prints, albums, and frames as a meaningful part of the photography experience, clients will begin to see them as essential, not optional. Updated 18 October 2020 "Happy Holidays!" – They'll be on us faster than we think, and your clients will definitely want their books, boxes, albums, frames, canvases and prints in good time. "Go to the front of the line!" — that's what we recommend every year. Our orders go up 3-400% before Christmas, and, since most of what we do is handmade to order, we publish these guidelines in the interests of a low-stress lead-up to the holidays. Don't worry though — these are guidelines, not deadlines. We  generally get orders out that we receive  way  To View More >>

Today’s the day! We’re ready to launch Workspace’s new Print Shop feature.  Conscious of the struggles that photographers and artists face — including our own customers — It’s been a dream of ours for a long time now to build an eCommerce solution for creatives who want to sell their work as decor and works of art online. Sure, there are plenty of eCommerce solutions out there, but while they’re good, as far as they go, they don’t fix specific problems that many photographers and artists face… Do these sound familiar? • Big platforms To View More >>

We saw this album with photography by Simon Darby of Wanaka Photography as it went through the Bindery. It showcases not just beautiful photography of Kate and James' lovely wedding, but the stunning New Zealand landscape. Wanaka is a tourist and holidaymaker destination, and the subject of much iconic New Zealand photography. The album also shows some of the features that make our Duo unique. The album has a Buckram Carbon cover with Futura embossing. The matted pages are Pagemount style, with a keyline around the prints created by carefully hand trimming To View More >>

Studios who want to offer "everything Queensberry" have found our starter kits and treasure boxes very useful in the past, but increasingly the data tells us that • Sample Albums are far more effective sales tools, and • not everyone wants to offer all our materials or colours! In fact many studios show nothing but their samples, and offer alternatives only if they're asked.  Which is why we’ve redesigned our cover swatches and paper samplers to make them more affordable, and also more flexible — so you can show what you want To View More >>

When Rosie, from Rosie Wedderburn Photography, alerted us to this outstanding review, we knew we had to share her kind words, and not just because it set us up to feel pretty good about ourselves for the day! It's not like we never get kind feedback, but what struck us about Rosie's is that she's talking about our most "affordable" album, and as you can see it underlines the fact that we don't compromise on quality to hit the price point. Thanks again Rosie, one day we'll see if we can fit you out with a Duo sample! <lol> New Product! Incredible quality photo albums To View More >>

UPDATED: corrected an error with the Faux Leather selection. We're getting ready to introduce new cover material and embossing options, and we're pretty excited about it. But first we need to say goodbye to some of the existing range. It's hard turning our back on things we love, but we need to make way for the new. And normally the reason is simple … not enough sales. The good news is that the discontinued materials will be available "while stocks last". We just won't be reordering them, and we won't be including them in our swatches, which we're To View More >>
